RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT, BONDS, AND
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE WITH HALVORSON TRANE
SERVICES, INC. OF CLIVE, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE SMART CONTROL SYSTEMS - ENERGY
EFFICIENCY AND CONSERVATION BLOCK GRANT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Halvorson Trane Services, Inc. of Clive,
Iowa, for the Smart Control Systems - Energy Efficiency and
Conservation Block Grant, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the
City Clerk as of the 22nd day of November, 2010, together with
the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of said
contract signed by Employers Mutual Casualty Company of Des
Moines, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of November, 2010.
