BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated February 19, 2024,between NADROJ Realty, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of a new building located south of 115 Warp Drive, of approximately 46,000 square feet, with a minimum assessed value of$1,800,000.00 and property tax rebate schedule of five years at fifty percent, is hereby approved. 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
