RESOLUTION NO. 2024-099
RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY JSA
DEVELOPMENT FOR AN ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
TO ALLOW FOR THE INSTALLATION OF DECORATIVE
LIGHTS ALONG THE PUBLIC SIDEWALK ALONG EAST
PARK AVENUE IN THE "C-2" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AT
425 FRANKLIN STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the request of JSA Development for an Encroachment Agreement, dated February 19, 2024, by
and between JSA Development and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to allow for the installation of
decorative lights along the public sidewalk along East Park Avenue in the "C-2" Commercial
District at 425 Franklin Street, and legally described as follows:
COOLEY ADDITION SW 20 FT SE 100 FT LOT 4 BLK 62 NE 30 FT LOT 5
BLK 62 SELY 115 FT SWLY 1/2 LOT 5 BLK 62 SE 115 FT LOTS 8 & 9 BLK
62, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA
is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February 2024.
