RESOLUTION NO. 2024-100 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH ZACHARY BESCHORNER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1103 COMMERCIAL STREET, IN THE AMOUNT OF $45,920.00 PLUS UP TO $2,000.00 IN CLOSING COSTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the Real Estate Purchase Agreement dated February 19, 2024, between Zachary Beschorner and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $45,920.00 plus up to $2,000.00 in closing costs, located at 1103 Commercial Street, and legally described as follows: LOT 54 IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK 11 IN THE ORIGINAL PLAT, ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE CEDAR RIVER, CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February 19, 2024.
