RESOLUTION NO. 2024-101
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PURCHASE AGREEMENT
WITH LANDSCAPE FORMS, INC., OF KALAMAZOO,
MICHIGAN, IN THE AMOUNT OF $51,179.46 IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2024 GATES PARK
RENOVATION AMENITIES PURCHASE AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Purchase Agreement dated February 19, 2024, between the City of Waterloo and
Landscape Forms, Inc., of Kalamazoo, Michigan in the amount of $51,179.46 in conjunction
with the FY 2024 Gates Park Renovation Amenities purchase, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February 2024.
