RESOLUTION NO. 2024-105
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT ORIGINALLY
EXECUTED DECEMBER 8, 2022, WITH STRAND
ASSOCIATES INC., OF MADISON, WISCONSIN, FOR
BIDDING -RELATED SERVICES ASSOCIATED WITH THE
THIRD PARTY RENEWABLE NATURAL GAS PROJECT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement originally executed
December 8, 2022, with Strand Associates Inc., of Madison, Wisconsin, for bidding -related
services associated with the Third Party Renewable Natural Gas Project, is hereby approved, and
the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10 day of February 2024.
