RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AECOM
TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated November 1, 2010, at a cost not to
exceed $9,000.00, for engineering services in conjunction with
the design and construction of hangar improvements at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of November, 2010.
