RESOLUTION APPROVING EXTENSION OF LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH ASPRO, INC., AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the extension of the Lease Agreement dated December 6, 1999
to allow mining of stone, sand and gravel in the Riverview
Recreation Area, at a rate of 5 percent of Aspro's average net
selling price, with a minimum of $5,000.00 per year, by and
between Aspro, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized
to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of November, 2010.
