RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISION OF SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT NO. 3 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL
SERVICES, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 3 dated May 10, 2010, at a cost
not to exceed $594,700.00, for the final design phase of the F.Y.
2011 U.S. Highway 63 Improvements from Newell Street to Donald
Street, be revised to reallocate the source of expenditure to
include $45,079.00 from the Sanitary Sewer Revenue, by and
between AECOM Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of November, 2010.
