RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY ROBERT C. HAUPTLY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE F.Y. 2010 REMOVAL AND
REPLACEMENT OF THE AERATION EQUIPMENT AT THE
SATELLITE AND EASTON AVENUE WATER POLLUTION
CONTROL FACILITIES, CONTRACT NO. 788.
WHEREAS, Robert C. Hauptly Construction Company of Waterloo,
Iowa, has under contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
furnished certain materials and performed labor at a total cost
of $443,013.96, in connection with the F.Y. 2010 Removal and
Replacement of the Aeration Equipment at the Satellite and Easton
Avenue Water Pollution Control Facilities, Contract No. 788, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
