RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SEVEN (7)
2011 FORD CROWN VICTORIA POLICE INTERCEPTOR
SQUAD CARS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Purchase of Seven (7) 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor
Squad Cars, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Purchase of Seven
(7) 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor Squad Cars, which
were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2010-947 on
October 18, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
November 8, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the
Purchase of Seven (7) 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor
Squad Cars, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of November, 2010.
