RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SMART
CONTROL SYSTEMS - ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND
CONSERVATION BLOCK GRANT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Smart Control Systems - Energy Efficiency
and Conservation Block Grant, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Smart
Control Systems - Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant,
which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2010-949 on
October 18, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
November 8, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Smart
Control Systems - Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day November, 2010.
