RESOLUTION NO. 2024-125
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH HR
GREEN, INC., ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON MARCH 1,
2021, IN THE INCREASED AMOUNT OF $20,000.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2021 EPA BROWNFIELDS
HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES AND PETROLEUM
ASSESSMENT GRANT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with HR Green, Inc.,
originally executed on March 1, 2021, in the increased amount of $20,000.00, in conjunction
with the 2021 EPA Brownfields Hazardous Substances and Petroleum Assessment Grant, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March 2024.
