RESOLUTION NO. 2024-130
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH TRANE TECHNOLOGIES, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $100,000.00, FOR THE
REPLACEMENT AND INSTALLATION OF CO AND CO/NO2
SENSORS AND THE INTERLOCKS WITH ASSOCIATED
EXHAUST FANS FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement with Trane Technologies, in an amount not to
exceed $100,000.00, for the replacement and installation of CO and CO/NO2 sensors and the
interlocks with associated exhaust fans for the Public Works Building, is hereby approved, and
the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
