RESOLUTION NO. 2024-131
RESOLUTION APPROVING A FEDERAL -AID AGREEMENT,
PROJECT NO. HDP-8155(783)--71-07, WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $2,711,900.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LA PORTE
ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Federal -aid Agreement, Project No. HDP-8155(783)--71-07, with the Iowa Department
of Transportation, in the amount of $2,711,900.00, in conjunction with the La Porte Road
Improvements Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March 2023.
