RESOLUTION NO. 2024-134
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
CONTRACT WITH EMPLOYEE & FAMILY RESOURCES OF
DES MOINES, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,552.00, TO
CONTINUE TO PROVIDE AN EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE
PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Contract with Employee & Family Resources of Des
Moines, Iowa, in the amount of $15,552.00, to continue to provide an Employee Assistance
Program, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document
on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March 2024.
