RESOLUTION NO. 2024-110
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF THE PROPOSED LEVY PUBLIC
HEARING AS APRIL 1, 2024, AT 4:30 P.M. TO APPROVE THE
PROPOSED LEVY RATES AS REQUIRED BY THE STATE, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m. on the 1st day of April 2024, to approve the proposed tax
levy rate, as required by state law, for the FYE 2025 budget.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
