RESOLUTION NO. 2024-118
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2024-2026 RIGHT-OF-WAY
MOWING CONTRACT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said city to prepare and file specifications, bid documents, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2024-2026 Right -of -Way Mowing Contract, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said specifications, bid documents,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the 2024-2026 Right -of -Way Mowing Contract, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 4, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said specifications, bid documents, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the 2024-2026 Right -of -Way Mowing Contract, are hereby approved, and said project
proceeds in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March 2024.
