Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa,a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo,lows,to approve a request by
Jayson Vaughn to vacate an eight-foot by
eight inch utility easement to allow for the
construction of an accessory structure in
the"R-2"One and Two Family Residence
District located at 109 Oak Ridge Road,
legally described as follows:

LOT 73-
Anyone who is interested may appear at
Accounts Payable said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
715 MULBERRY ST. City Hall,Waterloo,Iowa,before the date
set for said hearing.
