A public hearing will be held on the 19th
day of February,2024,at 5:30 p.m.in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, to approve a
request by Turnkey Associates,on behalf
of the House of Hope, to rezone 0.28
acres from "R-4" Multiple Residence
District to"C-1"Neighborhood Commer-
cial District,to allow for the construction
of a 6,200 square foot office building
addition, located southwest of 845 West
Waterloo, City of- Legals 4th Street,legally described as follows:
