Notice is hereby given that the Council of
said City will conduct a public hearing on
the proposed plans, specifications, form
of contract, and estimate of cost for the
construction of the above-described im-
provement project at 5:30 p.m.on the 5th
day of February,2024 at 5:30 p.m.,said
