REGULATIONS. CHAPTER I, ANIMAL

ANIMALS AND REGULATED DOGS,
SECTION 5.1B•9,DOG ATTACKS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER,
LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS That Title 5.
Police Regulations, Chapter 1, Anmal
Control, Ankle B. Dangerous Animals
and Regulated Dogs Section 5-1B•9,
Dog Attacks is amended by remowig the

5.1B•9'DOG ATTACKS
In the every.of an attack on a person or a
domestc animal by a dog that was
previously determ ned to be a vicious dog
or that is determined to be a vicious dog
AS a result of such an attack, the dog
shal be seized by an+mil control The

destroyed by the city without further
action or possibility d appeal. The owner
or caretaker will be charged aA tees and
