CES BY AMENDING TITLE t.ADMINIS-
TRATION. CHAPTER 4. MAYOR AND
CITY COUNCIL,SECTION 11,METHOD
OF KEEPING MINUTES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO.IOWA AS FOLLOWS' That Title 1,
Adminesbation,Chapter 4.Mayor and ON
Council, Section 11. Method of Keeping
Rlnutes is amended to read as follows
1.4.11: METHOD OF KEEPING MI-
NUTES
A. The pry Clerk shall record me minutes
of atl city council mcctin s in accordance
with Iowa Code Scotian 21,312).A record
shell be made of the name of the member
of the public recognized by the chair to
speak. Open session minutes shall be
avalabte Ior viewing dunng normal city

clerk prior to the stan of the meeting if a
correction to the previous meeting's
