RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $127.00 FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 915 LAFAYETTE STREET IN
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following assessment be and the same is hereby
abated:
915 Lafayette Street (Parcel No. 8913-25-130-015)
Original Plat Waterloo East Northwest 27 feet Lots 8
and 9 Block 25, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Assessment - $127.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the assessment be and the same
hereby cancelled and the City Clerk be and she is hereby directed
to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 2010.
