RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2010 CEDAR RIVER/EXCHANGE
RUBBERIZE SURFACE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc., for the 2010 Cedar
River/Exchange Rubberize Surface, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., for the 2010 Cedar River/Exchange
Rubberize Surface, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2010-858 on September 7, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 20, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., for the 2010 Cedar
River/Exchange Rubberize Surface, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 2010.
