RESOLUTION NO. 2024-163
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH
MIDAMERICAN ENERGY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,182.54
FOR THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF A
STREETLIGHT TO BE LOCATED AT 205 SOUTHBROOKE
DRIVE, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the agreement with MidAmerican Energy, in the amount of $4,182.54 for the
purchase and installation of a streetlight to be located at 205 Southbrooke Drive, is hereby
approved.
2. That the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March 2024.
