RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2010 CEDAR RIVER/EXCHANGE
RUBBERIZED SURFACE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-898, spat, ifications,` bid
document, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc,` for.thb 2010
Cedar River/Exchange Rubberized Surface, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council aft6r the
hearing prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project be
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 2010.
