RESOLUTION NO. 2024-157 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF WATERLOO FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF NORTH CROSSING 4TH ADDITION, A 14-LOT COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION LOCATED BETWEEN LOGAN AVENUE (US HIGHWAY 63) AND EAST 4TH STREET, SOUTH OF RALSTON ROAD. WHEREAS, on this 18th day of March 2024, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of North Crossing 4th Addition, a 14-lot commercial subdivision located between Logan Avenue (US Highway 63) and East 4th Street, south of Ralston Road, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on December 12, 2023, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request by the City of Waterloo, for approval of the Final Plat of North Crossing 4th Addition, a 14-lot commercial subdivision located between Logan Avenue (US Highway 63) and East 4th Street, south of Ralston Road, is hereby approved.
