RESOLUTION NO. 2024-158 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TERMINATION OF A DEVELOPMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH GMJ2 INDUSTRIES, LLC, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED SOUTH OF 2330 GT DRIVE, ORIGINALLY APPROVED BY COUNCIL ON MAY 26, 2015, FOR FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT PER THE TIMELINE PROVIDED FOR IN THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the Termination of a Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement with GMJ2 Industries, LLC, for property located south of 2330 GT Drive, originally approved by Council on May 26, 2015, for failure to complete the project per the timeline provided for in the Development Agreement, is hereby approved.
