RESOLUTION NO. 2024-162
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR A STATE
AND COMMUNITY HIGHWAY SAFETY GRANT, PAP 402-
PS-2024, TASK 04-00-53, IN THE AMOUNT OF $29,200.00,
FOR WATERLOO BICYCLE EDUCATION AND
ENFORCEMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the agreement for a State and Community Highway Safety Grant, PAP 402-PS-
2024, Task 04-00-53, in the amount of $29,200.00, for Waterloo Bicycle Education and
Enforcement, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of March 2024.
