That the request of Americans for Independent Living to amend the official zoning map referred to in Section 10-4-4 of Ordinance No. 5079 as amended, City of Waterloo Zoning Ordinance to rezone approximately 1.22 acres from "C-2" Commercial District to "C- 2,C-Z"Conditional Zoning District to allow for a storage warehouse in a portion of the building located at 4020 University Avenue,and legally described as follows: LOT NO.
