RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO
CONTRACT WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT (IDED) AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AMENDMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 2 to IDED New Construction Contract 08-DRH-
211, dated April 13, 2009, for Community Development Block
Program to assist with housing repairs, home buyer assistance and
interim mortgage assistance, increasing the budget to
$2,094,683.00 and changing the performance targets, by and
between the Iowa Department of Economic Development (IDED) and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 2010.
