RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE OF BID BY WITHAM AUTO CENTER OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2011 3/ TON, 4 -WHEEL DRIVE
PICKUP WITH SERVICE BODY, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$44,569.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Witham Auto Center of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $44,569.00, for the Purchase of One (1) 2011 4 Ton, 4 -
Wheel Drive Pickup with Service Body, as described in the Request
for Proposal document, heretofore adopted by this Council in
Resolution No. 2010-863 for said purchase, after September 27,
2010 public hearing on published notice required by law, be and
is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for
said purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 2010.
