RESOLUTION APPROVING RIGHT OF ENTRY FOR A
PORTION OF THE EAST PARK AVENUE CITY LOT FOR
TEMPORARY ACCESS TO CEDAR RIVER HOUSING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that right of entry be authorized to use a portion of the East
Park Avenue City lot for temporary access to the Cedar River
Housing; and for temporary closure of a portion of East Third
Street, a small portion of West Third Street, and a portion of the
west bus lane, in conjunction with the construction of the Third
Street River Crossing Water Main, by and between the Waterloo
Water Works and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 2010.
