RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT WITH
BLACK HAWK ELECTRICAL COMPANY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $73,508.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RIVERFRONT STADIUM FIELD
LIGHTING UPGRADE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Black Hawk Electrical Company of Waterloo,
Iowa, in the amount of $73,508.00, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project in Resolution No. 2010-867, after public hearing on
September 27, 2010 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said
project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 2010.
