RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO
CONTRACT WITH CLARK, BUTLER, WALSH & HAMANN
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR LEGAL SERVICES FOR THE
CITY OF WATERLOO'S HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT
PROGRAM (HMGP) PROPERTY ACQUISITION PROJECT,
IN THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $99,900.00, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that First Amendment to Contract dated November 1, 2009, to
extend the term of the contract for an additional period of six
(6) months, from November 1, 2010 to April 30, 2011, providing
legal services for the City of Waterloo's Hazard Mitigation Grant
Program (HMGP) Property Acquisition Project, by and between
Clark, Butler, Walsh & Hamann of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 2010.
