RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED BID DOCUMENT,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, AND
ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE AMBULANCE SOFTWARE UPGRADE TO IMPLEMENT
ELECTRONIC CARE REPORTING SYSTEM, IN THE CITY
OF WATERLOO AS OCTOBER 25, 2010, AT 5:30 P.M.
AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WITH THE
TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 25th day of October, 2010,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed bid
document, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost,
etc., in conjunction with the Ambulance Software Upgrade to
implement Electronic Care Reporting System, in the City of
Waterloo, with the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 2010.
