RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING BID
DOCUMENT, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT,
AND ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE AMBULANCE SOFTWARE UPGRADE TO
IMPLEMENT ELECTRONIC CARE REPORTING SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Fire Chief of said City to prepare
proposed bid document, specifications, form of contract, and
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Ambulance
Software Upgrade to implement Electronic Care Reporting System,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Fire Chief did file said bid document,
specifications, form of contract, and estimate of cost, etc., in
conjunction with the Ambulance Software Upgrade to implement
Electronic Care Reporting System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed bid document, specifications,
form of contract, and estimate of cost, etc., for the Ambulance
Software Upgrade to implement Electronic Care Reporting System, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 2010.
