Price includes carpet and floor tile removal as well. There is approximately 3300 sq. ft. of carpeting, floor tile, & mastic to remove. PROPOSAL INCLUDES: (1) Daily OSHA required personal & excursion air monitoring State of Iowa requires a ten (10) working day notification by the contractor prior to commencement of work.
