RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF BID FROM
ELECTRONIC ENGINEERING OF WATERLOO, IOWA IN
CONJUNCTION WITH FY 2011 SQUAD CAR EQUIPMENT
INSTALLATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $8,821.77 PER
VEHICLE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Electronic Engineering of Waterloo, Iowa for
FY 2011 Squad Car Equipment Installation in the amount of
$8,821.77 per vehicle, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
the lowest and only complete bid received for said supplies.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to approve the
bid from the said vendor for the FY 2011 Squad Car Equipment
Installation as approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of October, 2010.
