RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT WITH ALL INCLUSIVE REC, LLC OF
FARMINGTON, MISSOURI IN CONJUNCTION WITH 2010
CEDAR RIVER/EXCHANGE RUBBERIZED SURFACE
PROJECT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $78,377.85.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of All Inclusive Rec, LLC of Farmington,
Missouri, in the amount of $78,377.85, for the 2010 Cedar
River/Exchange Rubberized Surface Project, described in the plans
and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council on
Resolution No. 2010-898 for said project, after October 4, 2010
public hearing on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said
work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of October, 2010.
