RESOLUTION NO. 2024-182
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH FDP WTC, LLC,
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED JANUARY 11, 2016, TO CHANGE
THE ASSESSED VALUE TO $8,000,000.00, FORGIVE
INTEREST PAYMENTS DURING THE PANDEMIC, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
an amendment to the Development Agreement with FDP WTC, LLC, originally executed
January 11, 2016, to change the assessed value to $8,000,000.00 and forgive interest payments
during the pandemic, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on the behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of April 2024.
