RESOLUTION NO. 2024-183
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REAL PROPERTY
CHARITABLE DONATION AGREEMENT WITH FDP WTC,
LLC FOR APPROXIMATELY 2.25 ACRES WITHIN THE
TECHWORKS CAMPUS, AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Real Property Charitable Donation Agreement with FDP WTC, LLC for approximately 2.25
acres within the Techworks Campus, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on the behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of April 2024.
