RESOLUTION NO. 2024-190
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
PROPOSAL FROM ADVANCED ENVIRONMENTAL
TESTING AND ABATEMENT, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF
$13,490.00, FOR ASBESTOS REMOVAL IN THE
NORTHEAST SECTION OF THE LIBRARY, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Proposal from Advanced Environmental Testing and
Abatement, Inc., in the amount of $13,490.00, for asbestos removal in the northeast section of
the library, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of April 2024.
