RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
ORIGINALLY EXECUTED ON MARCH 20, 2023, WITH
AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $21,000.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH CONCEPTUAL DESIGN AND VISUAL
RENDERINGS OF PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS AT
RIVERFRONT STADIUM, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to a Professional Services Agreement originally
executed on March 20, 2023, with AECOM Technical Services of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount
not to exceed $21,000.00, in conjunction with conceptual design and visual renderings of
proposed improvements at Riverfront Stadium, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of April 2024.
