RESOLUTION NO. 2024-175
RESOLUTION APPROVING A GRANT AWARD WITH HUD,
OFFICE OF LEAD HAZARD CONTROL AND HEALTHY
HOMES, IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,999,991.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the grant award with HUD, Office of Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes, in
the amount of $1,999,991.00, in conjunction with Community Development, be hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of April 2024.
