RESOLUTION NO. 2024-178
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH INVISION OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $65,000.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PUBLIC MARKET RENOVATIONS PROJECT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Professional Services Agreement with Invision, of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $65,000.00, in conjunction with the Public Market Renovations Project, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lst day of April 2024.
