RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 2011
CARNEGIE ANNEX PARKING LOT REPAIR, CONTRACT
NO. 800.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of
cost, etc., for the F.Y. 2011 Carnegie Annex Parking Lot Repair,
Contract No. 800, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said the City Engineer did file said preliminary
plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for the F.Y. 2011
Carnegie Annex Parking Lot Repair, Contract No. 800, which were
preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2010-912 on October 4,
2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October
18, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. for the F.Y. 2011 Carnegie Annex Parking Lot
Repair, Contract No. 800, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 2010.
