RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR AIR SERVICE
SUSTAINMENT FUNDING THROUGH THE IOWA AIR
SERVICE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated October 18, 2010, in the amount of
$19,200.00, for air service consultant services to update market
data, generate airline analysis and proposals, conduct market
research, and provide guidance to the airport relating to air
service incentives and development, by and between the Iowa
Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 2010.
