RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT TO OPTION
AND LEASE AGREEMENT WITH NEW CINGULAR WIRELESS
PCS, LLC OF ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the First Amendment to Option and Lease Agreement originally
dated October 24, 2005, by Resolution No. 2005-954, to allow for
the installation of a generator within the fenced area on the
site currently leased, and amending monthly rent by $100.00 to
$800.00 effective upon the installation of said generator, by and
between New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 2010.
